We are excited to announce the launch of our Manufacturing Connect Customer Support Centre, located at https://mfgconnect.litmus.io , and our new customer support email at mfgconnect@litmus.io 

You can now log a support ticket with our team through the Support Centre or by emailing mfgconnect@litmus.io . Both methods will create a ticket in our system.

By responding to an email from the Support Centre, you can add comments or attachments to update the ticket.

Besides using the Support Centre to log tickets,  the Support Centre also provides the following features:
• Real-time status tracking of your tickets
• Search for solutions to common issues or questions
• Links to announcements and our newsletter

To access the Support Centre, navigate to https://mfgconnect.litmus.io and enter the credentials. If you do not have access or have forgotten your credentials, please send us an email at mfgconnect@litmus.io and we’ll get you set up.
